Sebastes rubrivinctus

Description

General: White, with four vertical orange bands, the first one in a C-shape. Similar to S. babcocki, which are much more common. Orange band runs through the eye.

Size: to 44 cm



Geographic Information

Ocean range (global): Oregon to central Baja.

Published depth range: 30 - 418 m

Habitat description: Demersal.
