Description

General: Convex forehead, can be mostly red, eye much smaller than in S. diploproa. Head bright white.

Size: to 41 cm



Geographic Information

Ocean range (global): British Columbia to Baja California.

Habitat description: Benthic, hard and soft substrata.

Published depth range: 81 - 768 m, common 300 - 500 m.
