Description

General: In situ, wide bars are tan-brown, large mouth, large eyes. Observed burrowing quickly (tail first).

Size: to 86 cm



Geographic Information

Habitat description: Demersal.

Published depth range: 35 - 760 m

Ocean range (global): Central Baja, Gulf of California and Costa Rica to Ecuador.
