General: Scarlet red, four long spines on lateral margin of carapace.

Size: Carapace length to 11.5 cm.

Geographic Information

Habitat description: Benthic.

Ocean range (global): North Pacific: Bering Sea to San Diego, CA. Midway Island, Japan.
